Register @ www.inletyoga.com. Note: this will be a Livestream event via Zoom – so you can treat yourself in the comfort of your own home! A recording is available for viewing ONLY for 48 hrs post-class- if you cannot make the timing please email, firstname.lastname@example.org PRIOR to the event and she will send along the recording.
Recommended props are Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls of various sizes.
- Originals (2 in a small tote)
- Alpha (1)
- Coregeous Ball (optional – you can substitute a rolled-up yoga mat or throw pillow, or any soft inflatable ball approx 8 inches in diameter)
- Yoga mat or slightly padded clear surface to lay on; 2 yoga blocks OR 2 phone books or another like-sized book
- Wall space that you can use to lean on or roll against
- Yoga blanket or throw to put over yourself for savasana (optional)
- Attire: close fitting yoga or gym attire so that the massage tools can have close contact with skin
The Yoga Tune Up® brand of self-massage balls is specifically recommended because they are both pliable and grippy which makes them better able to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia – allowing you to bring hydration and mobility back into your tissue.
