Join Allison for a down-regulating, 2-hour workshop focusing on the torso, head, and neck. She will blend self-massage techniques, and breathwork to help you reduce pain, prevent injuries and improve whatever form of movement you most enjoy. Focusing on the torso, head, and neck, you will learn about your anatomy and how to use self-massage balls to help release muscle tension and tight fascia; increasing overall body awareness and decreasing body blind spots. These unique self-massage balls are both pliable and grippy so they are able to penetrate and grab different layers of fascia – allowing you to bring hydration and mobility back into your tissue. This workshop is a perfect accompaniment to any form of fitness training – yoga, running, weight-lifting, etc. If you want to get to know your body a little better and eliminate some of the many “body blind spots” that we all have, you will love this experience. No yoga training necessary.
