The Roll Model Method: Lunchtime Relaxation

Come join Allison ONLINE for a 30-minute “roll-out” of tension and tight muscles. By now, many of you are familiar with Allison’s workshops, but for those that are new – we will use Yoga Tune Up® balls (or two tennis balls in a sock!) to learn tips and tricks to practice a little Self-Myofascial Release. By thoughtfully applying pressure with these tools we can hydrate stiff tight tissues and help encourage blood flow and relaxation.
