The IT band is one of those body parts that people love to hate. But is it really your enemy or is it a crucial part of your body’s structural support system? Come join Allison for a 2-hour session during which you will learn about your IT band and how to reconnect with it. This session will include a blend of anatomy, self massage, strength building and relaxation – all in service of the health/wellness of your IT band! This session is open to all folk who want to live better in their bodies! (No yoga experience necessary.) Come ready to learn, explore and experience. (CE credits will be available from Yoga Alliance)
