The website for Allison Kane Movement offers a range of yoga and movement classes, workshops, and training programs, all designed and led by Allison Kane, an E-RYT 500®, YACEP® Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor and Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Instructor. The focus of these offerings is on yoga, movement, self-massage, anatomy, and other forms of self-care, emphasizing functional movement that requires both flexibility and strength. The goal is to enable ease of movement in daily life, not just on the yoga mat.
Classes include traditional breath-based yoga poses integrated with novel movements aimed at increasing range of motion and functionality. Workshops provide unique opportunities to learn more about anatomy and comfortable movement. Additionally, private individual instruction is available for those looking to deepen their practice, manage pain, increase flexibility, and more.
