Allison offers classes and workshops that focus on yoga, movement, self-massage, anatomy and other forms of self-care. Her passion is a functional movement which requires both flexibility and strength. The goal of movement is not to perform beautifully on your yoga mat, it is to be able to move with ease throughout your daily life.

Allison's Roll Model Method self-massage workshop is one of my favorites. You leave feeling like you just had the best deep tissue massage...with the added benefit that you know how to do it yourself.
